Independent Sales Representative
The functions and roles of the Independent Sales
Representative is to relay information about the
Agency, and our products and services to prospective
clients in a professional manner. The goal of this
interaction is to maximize sales and preserve high
standards in client satisfaction. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Be present at all sales meetings in a timely
manner
- Sales representatives must adhere to the
highest levels of ethics, integrity and honesty
when presenting the company to prospective
customers
- Maintain company materials in an orderly,
professional manner
- Be present at training sessions when
required
- Perform duties in an independent and
expeditious manner with minimal Agency
supervision
- Follow reasonable requests made by
management
Prerequisite Qualifications:
- Preferred education, at least High School
Diploma
- Previous sales experience is an asset
although not a requirement
- Excellent interpersonal skills, confident &
outgoing
- Professional appearance and attire
- Ability to learn quickly and handle pressure
Software Proficiency:
- Microsoft Word and Outlook
- General Internet
- Training in use of the Interlinc CRM Sales
